Oreo Surprise Cupcakes {Recipe}

note: Some credit goes to Kraft foods.
Today I've decided to share with you an amazing cupcake recipe that's to die for.
and very easy.

I have never shared a recipe before or taken pictures of food that's not already finished so ...it was definitely a learning experience (:
Ingredients:
•1 Package of any 2 layer chocolate cake mix (which is pretty much standard)
•1 Package (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened.
•1 egg.
•2 Tbs. Sugar
•48 mini OREO bite size Chocolate Sandwich Cookies.
I purchased one of these and had plenty:
•1-1/2 Cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped topping.
To Prepare:
1. Pre-heat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Prepare cake batter as directed on box.
Then, (in a separate bowl) mix cream cheese, egg, sugar until well blended.
3. Scoop a little amount of the chocolate batter in the bottom of 24 paper-line cupcake cups(or if you're like me and only own a 12 cupcake pan just do two batches).
Then drop in a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.

Add 1 cookie in each cup.
top it off with a full scoop of the chocolate batter (according to how much space you have left).
4.  Bake for 19 to 22 minutes, or until your toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for five minutes and move to a wire racks to cool completely.
5. And finally frost with cool whip, top with remaining cookies.

Cupcakes can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days :)
The children approve!

And so do I :)
Try them they are delicious!!
